Will Writing

Our Will writing fee depends on how complex your instructions are. A Basic Will starts from RM 480, while a Will with guardians, the need for Trustees will generally range between RM 600 to RM 900.

We will quote a firm Will writing fee after you have given us your instruction. You are not obliged to proceed if you feel the fee is too high. There is NO charge until you agree to proceed with us.

Will Custody

We provide Will custody i.e. safe keeping of your Will. There are many cases where Wills could not be found after a person dies. If a Will cannot be found, it is as good as not having your Will written.

A Will can also be tampered with or intentionally destroyed. It is a fact that the majority of Wills are not executed because they could not be found when a person pass away. With Will Custody service, your Will is kept in a vault. This ensures that your Will is safe from fire and accidental destruction. It can be easily found and yet contents are kept private because only you (with your ID) or your executor (with a death certificate) can retrieve your Will. No one else can access your Will.

The first year annual custody fee of RM 100 is included in Will Writing fee. You may also opt for a one time payment for Lifetime Custody.
