Accidents During Festive Season

The festive season is supposed to be a season of celebration and happiness. However in Malaysia and countries that have large traffic movements, fatal accidents are common.  Almost 300 people died in road accidents over a 15 day period during the recent Hari Raya.

“During the 15-day Ops Sikap 24 which ended on Wednesday, 289 people – 179 of them motorcyclists and their pillion riders – died in 19,606 road accidents” via theSunDaily

Although some motorist are the cause of accidents due to carelessness or bad road behavior, I’m certain there are those who are victims. If you travel by public transport or join a tour, you can’t control the driver. You are at their mercy. So you need to prepare for it.
